ACAS research highlights that 45% of line managers lack organisational knowledge about neurodiversity, with 59% not knowing how to make a reasonable adjustment to support a neurodivergent employee.

ACAS provides advice to employers to help build inclusive organisations, raise neurodiversity awareness and support employees with reasonable adjustments.
