Now in its 3rd year the Engage for Success UK Employee Engagement Survey and Index – 2025 Report has just been published. This video of our launch event gives you key insights into how UK plc is performing and what the best performing organisations are, and are not, doing.
You’ll hear from Engage for Success co-founders David MacLeod OBE and Nita Clarke OBE and survey authors Dr Sarah Pass, Nottingham Business School and James Court-Smith, Stillae Ltd.
Then you’ll hear from our expert panel of senior practitioners who will share their impressions of the findings and the practical implications for their sector.
The event closes with a Q&A session.
We’re delighted to introduce our expert panel with voices from the NHS, Central Government and Manufacturing. They share their impressions of the findings and discuss the practical implications for their sector and the UK workforce.
