Employee Engagement without a strategy – Lindum Group; Tower Automotive 

 Case studies were carried out on a UK construction company and a Belgian automotive supplier. Neither has an “Employee Engagement Strategy” but both engage employees strategically in order to achieve sustainable competitive advantage by harnessing the knowledge, creativity and entrepreneurship of the entire workforce. Eight key drivers for employee engagement are identified.
