Engaging through Adversity – Four Short Films 

This series of four short films aims to provide key insights from business leaders about managing your organisation through change. Each film focuses on one of the four enablers of engagement: strategic narrative, engaging managers, employee voice and integrity.

The first film in the series deals with the importance of strategic narrative to any organisational change programme.

The second film in the series deals with the importance of engaging line managers.

The third film in the series deals with the importance of employee voice.

The last film in the series elaborates on the importance of Integrity.

In the films we hear from senior leaders across a range of organisations that have undergone major change in recent months. The films offer a rich bank of wisdom to draw on from people who have experienced and managed large scale organisational change. They are a great starting point for anyone seeking advice and top tips on engaging employees through adversity.
