Previously, he laid the groundwork as Accumulus Synergy’s first people leader, designing the systems that underpinned this growth and a successful spinout.
At Glorious Gaming, he built the people infrastructure that transformed the company into the 4th fastest-growing company in Dallas and played a key role in enabling its successful VC exit. His efforts focused on creating scalable frameworks to support both pace and innovation.

He’s advised over 150 companies across the US, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, helping many of them grow from 7- and 8-figure revenues to 9-figure powerhouses.
