As an SME business owner, she will share how she focuses on the four enablers of engagement in her own team, what that looks like in practice, and the impact it has on performance, retention and culture. The conversation will cover simple, realistic actions that help line managers create clarity, build trust, coach effectively, and treat people as individuals – without adding unnecessary process.
Join us as we discuss how she focuses on the four enablers of engagement in her own team, what that looks like in practice, and the impact it has on performance, retention and culture.
