Apart from my very first work experience, doing the newspaper run and my second, the vocational training to become a Land Surveyor, I have spent my working life in Customer Service. Accumulating 16 years of experience and having worked in a broad range of industries, I had a very proud moment a few years ago when I received a medal from the US Department of Defence for Outstanding Customer Service. I am always focusing on improving Customer Service, listening to the Voice of the Customer and in recent years truly recognising the importance of Employee Engagement, something I am very passionate about!
