As a psychology student looking to find a workplace that I will thrive in, Employee Engagement is important to me. We spend most of our days, and ultimately our lives at work so I would like to do so in a company that values its employees and understands that engaged employees are more productive and therefore beneficial to an organisation. With the ever increasing retirement age, I would like to know that the next decades of my life are well spent! I have joined Engage For Success in the hope to make a difference. Not just for me but for everybody today and generations to come!
