Our Task Force
Our Task Force sets the strategy for promoting employee engagement as a better way to work, and the growth and development of the Engage for Success Movement as a vehicle to achieve this. The Task Force was launched by the Prime Minister, David Cameron, on 31 March 2011. It is independent of Government and is employer led. Its mandate is to engender a national conversation and a call to action across the UK economy (private, public and not-for-profit sectors) about the role employee engagement can play in building productivity. David MacLeod and Nita Clarke are the co-Chairs of the Task Force. It meets four times a year.
