David and Nita spoke about the work of Engage for Success at the Parliamentary Corporate Social Responsibility Group, chaired by Baroness Greengross, explaining the voluntary nature of the movement, and our twin aims of raising the importance of employee engagement across the economy and shining a light on existing good practice.
We received strong backing from Lord Aberdare and Lord Judd, the former Director of Oxfam; speakers from Business in the Community and Action for Happiness and Diageo Northern Ireland also talked about the work they are doing in the field.
