Resources for Running EFS Events

As you already be aware, Engage for Success is a movement run by volunteers.

As such, events are run to spread the word about engagement, shine a light on good practice, and inspire people and workplaces to thrive.

Here are some resources that you can use to run your own events. Don't forget to add your event to our Events Calendar and let us know how you get on. We're always looking for content for our website and newsletter.

You can download and customise these materials to use for a private event for your organisation, or to run a public event, or as part of a broader development or learning day. The only requirements we have are that you credit Engage for Success for the materials, and you do not profit from using our materials.

running an engagement workshop

Our most popular event has been our regional ‘Engagement Workshop’ which provides the evidence for good employee engagement and introduces the ‘Four Enablers’.

Running an engagement masterclass

Our engagement masterclasses were first envisioned as a conference call or webinar based approach to sharing our experience. These resources can also be used for in-person events.

Running an engagement open day

We encourage engagement practitioners to host an event in their own organisation for external visitors to showcase 'engagement in action'. In effect, to create a case study in action for the attendees!

Running ENGAGEMENT ACTION LEARNING

Action Learning is an educational process where people work and learn together by tackling real issues and reflecting on their actions. Action Learning is done with others, in small groups called action learning sets.
