Tim Davies and Tim Robins will be giving an insight into their PERFORM programme followed by a summer drink and networking event.

PERFORM is a behavioural programme that is used across the Adecco Group, globally, and is used to enable business readiness for new systems as well as business effectiveness in BAU.

Consisting of ten elements, it uses principles of Lean Six Sigma and project management to visualise performance and drive business results through problem-solving.

Our speakers  will talk through the model and explain how this is tailored to each business unit and how they work with senior stakeholders to overcome challenge or resistance.
