How many of us would like to be somewhere else right now? Whether it’s developing a new skill, meditating on a beach, or having fun with others, Virtual Reality offers us the chance to educate, engage and inspire our teams.
This session explores how virtual reality can support the well-being, development, and overall engagement in our teams. ‘Learning by doing’ in VR offers immersive and exciting ‘real life’ experiences, at a time when many of us would benefit from a change of scene!

Join Sallie Allen, Ops & People Director, enploy. She and the team at enploy are passionate advocates for using virtual reality as part of individual development having used VR in training and built bespoke VR development for Gymshark. Working with technical specialists in immersive experiences, they have seen both the opportunities and challenges that this innovative technology offers. Prior to co-founding enploy Sallie was Head of HR at an IT services business responsible for employee engagement and communication.
