As an academic and HR Consultant I have been working with a number of organisations to implement employee engagement frameworks to measure and improve employee engagement and I’m happy to share the strategy and results from my assignments.
Strategic Narrative
Most projects involve gathering commitment and vision from senior management. We begin with a World Cafe style briefing from senior management to discuss the past, present and future journey of the business. The challenges and opportunities in the sector are clearly communicated with specific plans of the business in the past present and future.
Engaging Managers
Workshops are organised to coach line managers to adopt empowering leadership styles to develop transformational leadership qualities such as emotional intelligence and cross-cultural skills.

Feedback is collected from employees at every stage of the Employment Journey to improve Employee Experience
