We are a group of three who are doing something a little different for the volunteering section of our DofE.
We want to inform young people what employee engagement means, to inspire people to strive for better workplace environments in their future and to advocate for a better working experience for people.
We are asking questions of both people who are still at school and university, and people already aware of employee engagement, to aid us in our mission to create a resource pack that will be used to educate the younger generation about employee engagement.
To help us with this mission, we are asking for your support by responding to the appropriate short survey below (as well as asking your young people to do so).
