The Employment Relations Thought and Action Group (TAG) aims to provide a collaborative space for Employment Relations (ER) Practitioners to foster a deeper understanding of the evolving ER landscape, to share insights and best practice, and to build the evidence base for effective employment relations as a key driver of engagement.
