Employee Work Passions (Vol 1)

This research is the first of four pieces by The Ken Blanchard Companies looking at Employee Work Passions.  Volume 1 considers the ‘New Rules of Engagement’.  It goes beyond existing research that supports the concept that employee engagement is, amongst others, a critical driver of organisational productivity and looks at what are the actual components that comprise and influence employee engagement.

It highlights the research findings which include 8 key factors that influence employee passion (meaningful work, collaboration, fairness, autonomy, recognition, growth, connectedness with leader and connectedness with colleagues) and looks at the components of each of these factors.

The document includes a model for Employee Passion.
