Employee Engagement in SMEs Survey 

Given that 99.9% of organisations in the UK are defined as small or medium sized (SMEs), they employ about 60% of the UK workforce and are responsible for bisabout 50% of GDP, they’re a critical part of our economy. We want to know what these organisations think of employee engagement. What do they understand about employee engagement; is it relevant to them, does it bring them commercial benefit?

This is where, we hope, you can come in…

To help us answer these questions we have developed a short online survey and we would like a minimum of 500 organisations to participate. We would be very grateful if you would help us meet and exceed this target.

All you need to do is forward this a link to this page or to the survey http://e4s.engagement-surveys.com/ to:

  1. Owners/Directors/HR professionals in your network who work in SMEs with up to c250 Employees, or
  2. people in your network who work with SMEs with up to c250 Employees, or
  3. Complete the survey if you are an Owner/Director/HR professional working in an SME

The results of this research will be made available to everyone who helps!
