Sian has been Head of Internal Communications at the Bank of England for just over three years. Prior to that, she worked in a variety of internal and external communications roles in central Government and the voluntary sector. She juggles full time work with her role as an adult bench magistrate in East London.
Join us as we share the story of how the Bank of England implemented their internal social media platform to drive adoption and engagement. They worked in close partnership with their technology team to ensure the project worked well. We’ll also be talking about their Digital Ninjas network and the power of advocacy in driving change.
