EFS Wales 2019 Conference: Engaging and Inspiring in Uncertain Times

£15.41This year our conference aims to highlight further that engagement is about people and leadership; leadership that inspires others to join the cause, ‘to get on your bus’ and share the journey.
Together we shall collect our ‘top tips’ for delivering each of the four enablers of engagement, very ably assisted by the inspiring organisational narrative and journeys that will be outlined by our three guest speakers.
We are delighted that Derek Walker, CEO of Wales Cooperative Centre is our MC for the morning. Joining Derek, we have enticed three excellent hugely experienced guest speakers:
• Keith Joughin, MD Accenture
• Chief Constable Matt Jukes, South Wales Police and
• Tracy Myhill, CEO of Swansea Bay University Health Board.
Facilitated table top discussions following each speaker’s input will help us articulate our golden nuggets of learning in terms of those engagement top tips, so as individuals we will be clear on our own personal learning from the morning. Importantly we will together have compiled our Engage for Success Wales ‘Top Tips for Engagement’ which we shall then publish widely in bilingual and visual format.
This will be a great opportunity to learn from leaders in the field, share your own successes and discuss your barriers and expand your network with other professionals from across Wales.
