Employee experience design – A three-part virtual interactive workshop
9 September 2020 |9:30 am - 12:30 pm BST550.00
About this Event
Three interactive sessions over four weeks, plus practical workplace application and support.
Discover practical tools to simply and powerfully reimagine your employee experience for the COVID world and beyond.
As we navigate beyond the first wave of the COVID-19 crisis, the way we think about, design and facilitate employee experience will make all the difference to innovation, productivity and engagement – and, of course, retention.
For anyone working in a people team, there has never been a more critical time to develop flexible and practical EX design skills. Skills that are rooted in design thinking and that will take you way beyond the current crisis and set you up for whatever comes next.
Our virtual EX Design Workshop is for anyone who needs to know how to create an EX that meets the needs of people, the organisation and the work. It’s great for individuals, even better for teams.

– Use insights from positive psychology to understand what your people need to be energised and confident during uncertainty, disruption and beyond
– Learn an agile and human-centred approach to continuously flex and improve your EX
– Discover how to apply practical design thinking tools you can put to work immediately

100% of delegates said they now feel confident to talk to peers and stakeholders about what we need to do to redesign our EX
92% of delegates said they are confident that they can apply the learning from the workshop
But don’t just take our word for it….
“The workshop was really helpful for us as a team to spend time thinking about the experience we want our people to have. The content really resonated with us and was highly insightful” Mark Peters, Group Development Manager, Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C
“Experience is king when it comes to how you feel about work, work culture, or your working environment. Great experiences deliver great memories and the ‘Create a Compelling Employee Experience’ programme is a great way to collaborate with others, think about your experience and step back to see the bigger picture. I enjoyed a super day exploring the levels of culture and employee experience with a wide range of tools and techniques. Expect to share, collaborate and be open to learn.” Robert King, Executive Coach
“Big thank you to Belinda and Emma for today’s workshop, talking all things employee experience. We’ve taken away some key insights, which has really got us thinking!” Sophie Kinlock, People and Culture Advisor, ResponseTap
What else are people saying?

A really different way of thinking about employee experience and facilitated by two v knowledgable and engaging experts – there’s neuroscience and everything! Can’t wait to get cracking”

“Ensures we can attract and retain great people”
“A great way to collaborate with others, think about your experience and step back to see the bigger picture”
