Exploring Organisational Purpose – Benchmarking UK businesses

Join us for an interactive session with Chris Gamble from Morgan who will share the outputs of a two-year study into organisational purpose and the UK’s first benchmark of purposefulness.
East Midlands Engage for Success online conversations aim to provide an opportunity for people to come together to discuss issues around employee engagement.

Join us on the 25th November at 16.30-17.30 for an online event to discuss what we mean by purpose and purposefulness. Breakout sessions will be used to consider the biggest challenges facing organisations and existing support.
