How many of us would like to be somewhere else right now? Whether it’s developing a new skill, meditating on a beach, or having fun with others, Virtual Reality offers us the chance to educate, engage and inspire our teams.
This session explores how virtual reality can support the well-being, development, and overall engagement in our teams. ‘Learning by doing’ in VR offers immersive and exciting ‘real life’ experiences, at a time when many of us would benefit from a change of scene!
Discover how your teams could enjoy and benefit from time in VR scenarios.
Join the conversation about how industry leading organisations are already deploying these experiences to build teams, support mental health and develop skills. We’ll consider if, how or when VR could form part of inspiring, stretching and supporting your teams.
Gamers aren’t the only ones having fun inside headsets in 2021!
