Dr Sarah Pass, Nottingham Trent University
Dr Sarah Pass is a Senior Lecturer in HRM. She specialises on research methods, consultancy projects and employee engagement modules.
In addition to teaching, Sarah is an Ambassador for Engage for Success a not-for-profit movement that was tasked by the UK Government in response to recommendations from the MacLeod Review (2009) around the importance of employee engagement.
James Court-Smith
James leads Stillae – helping companies make sense of the data they collect, and put it to profitable use, across multiple industries in Europe. Prior to founding Stillae, he was European Head of Gallup’s Employee Engagement Practice. James contributed to the original MacLeod Review of Employee Engagement in 2009 and has been Senior Advisor to the Engage For Success taskforce since 2011.
