Employee Engagement: Making the World a Better Place to Work

This event is aimed at anyone who has responsibility for people or developing people related strategies; and making the world a better place to work.
The aim of the day is to explore the importance of employee engagement and the wider context of the employee experience in the work place. Participants will gain a better understanding of why this topic is the most valuable thing to invest in and how successful engagement and positive employee experiences impacts productivity, health and wellbeing and sustainability.
The day will be a mix of speaker-led and interactive sessions with plenty of time for networking. Participants will also obtain some practical tools and techniques to support developing an engaged workforce and gain an insight into a decade of research.
