Motivating Teams in a Hybrid Environment

In a virtual/hybrid environment, scenarios are constantly changing… schedules, timing, what needs to be done in person vs. what can be done virtually, expectations and emotions. In a shifting external and internal world questions such as “How do I align the team when things are changing so much?”, “What is a priority right now?”, “Where are things going and how do I prepare?” arise quickly. Without answers, these questions can be a sense of anxiety and frustration. This session will help participants answer these and other questions that hold them back from being able to move forward as effectively as possible.
