No More 9-5: Conflict During Crisis – Managing Difficult Conversations
12 February 2021 |8:00 am - 5:00 pm GMTFree
Insight HRC presents the second in it’s No More 9 to 5 event series exploring the challenges and opportunities of the new working world.
These events aim to facilitate thought provoking discussions to help HR Leaders navigate this transition and ultimately make work better. In 2020, hybrid and remote working were embraced amidst disruption but with extended lockdown in 2021 this is now a way of working for the future. This change means that businesses need to find a way to resume all normal business and HR functions.
One of the many challenges leaders are facing during this time is holding difficult yet necessary conversations. Join our live webinar and hear from expert speakers about how to communicate difficult decisions and how behavioural psychology can help.
