People Productivity: Covid-19 and the role of line managers

Join the ongoing conversation in session 6 of our monthly events, where this month we will be looking at the new challenges managers are facing around team engagement and productivity in light of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The Covid-19 pandemic has dramatically changed the way we work. One of the most fundamental changes has been the increase in remote working. This has created new challenges for line managers.

Sarah Pass, joined by Nadia Kougainnou and Maranda Ridgway, will lead the conversations around the role of the line manager and how employee engagement is everyone’s responsibility.

They will present the research conducted by the Engage for Success Line Management Thought and Action Group and want to hear from you and explore the challenges facing line managers as a result of Covid-19.

With your help, the group is keen to shape the focus of future research around the role of the line manager in maintaining and driving employee engagement.
