When the new Engage for Success Wellbeing TAG was established in 2019, they set about trying to understand the wellbeing challenge faced by employers. Through their own research, interviews and data gathering, they identified a number of challenges that were preventing organisations from fully committing to employee wellbeing.
In this session, Chair of the EFS Wellbeing TAG Gethin Nadin, will take us through what those challenges were and how the TAG responded to them and have been supporting employers for the last year. Gethin will also talk about the link between wellbeing and people productivity and take us through the new Engage for Success Wellbeing TAG Special Report on mental health work.
