People Productivity – Measuring for Success
Join the ongoing conversation in session 3 of our monthly events, where this month we will be looking at how we can measure people productivity.
Scott Rolph, BT – Global Head of CI & Transformation, will open the discussions, looking at how we truly aim to measure the productivity of our people in the workplace, both from leading and lagging measurement.
We will discuss what makes a measure fully effective, how it varies by sector or role and whether we have seen a swing in measurement during COVID.
So please bring along any examples you may have or considerations for developing great measures or indeed how you personally measure your own productivity!
