Promoting employee voice: insights from the CIPD

Come and hear insights from the latest CIPD research on employee voice and how some organisations develop and run employee voice mechanisms.

Engage for Success East Midlands Area Network are pleased to host a session on Employee Voice and the latest CIPD research led by Prof. Daniel King and Prof. Helen Shipton from Nottingham Business School. The session will explore insights from case studies on the expectations and experiences of employees as well as the organisational outcomes from various voice mechanisms.

The event is part of a series of online session run by the Engage for Success East Midlands Area Network. Our deep gratitude goes to our long-standing host and sponsor Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University.

The event is also part of a seminar series organised by the Centre for Work, People and Organisational Practice at Nottingham Business School.
