Andrew Leigh, founder and director of Maynard Leigh Associates will be our guest speaker. Andrew will be joined by Tom Morrell and they are looking forward to sharing their extensive knowledge, experience, and insights with you and equally hearing yours.

Andrew Leigh has written numerous books on leadership, teams and management, many translated into several languages and will be discussing his latest book Ethical leadership – Creating and sustaining an ethical business culture. Andrew trained as an economist and with an MA in Human Resources, he is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. Starting his career in marketing, Andrew joined The Observer as a business writer, later moving into social services as an Assistant Director in two London Boroughs. More recently he has been a Non-Executive Director in the NHS.

Andrew is also founder and director of Maynard Leigh Associates, a leading UK training and development company whose clients include BT, Ocado and various other organisations.

As always, you’ll be able to join the conversation and ask questions for Andrew to discuss with the wider audience.
