Join us in Shaping an Inclusive Future of Engineering
Engage for Success Midlands Area Network is excited to host an event in collaboration with the Royal Academy of Engineering and Nottingham Business School. The interactive event will focus on the findings and recommendations from a study on equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) commissioned by the Royal Academy of Engineering. The event will explore the barriers faced by underrepresented groups, the importance of intersectionality in identifying and dismantling distinct barriers, an evaluation of EDI interventions, and the need for collaboration with community partners. There will also be opportunities to connect with thought leaders, industry experts, and fellow professionals committed to shaping an inclusive future.
