Strong Leadership in a New World of Work

FreeNigel Girling, Strategic Leadership Thinker, Speaker, Writer and Mentor will be our guest speaker. Nigel, who has been part of the Engage for Success Steering Group for over 9 years, will share some of his extensive Leadership knowledge and experience. We will explore attitudes to leadership and capabilities needed to meet the challenges of today. As part of the forum Nigel will touch on why and how strong leadership makes a difference to performance and productivity. As always, you’ll be able to join the conversation and ask questions for Nigel to discuss with the wider audience.
