The Case for Compassion in the Workplace

5th November 2020 |8:30 am - 9:30 am GMT

East Midlands Engage for Success are pleased to host an online discussion about compassion in the workplace.

Caroline Mabon and Caroline Hampson are intent on sparking a Compassion Revolution.

A passion for a world where work is a place of joy led them to co-found and develop Compassionate Cultures, a partnership focused on sparking a compassion revolution in the way we lead ourselves, our teams and our organisations.

In this conversational workshop, they will be inviting discussion on the subject of Compassion at work.

They will be exploring why, now more than ever, we need compassionate leaders to build more compassionate cultures and what they see as the core attributes to a compassionate culture.

If you fancy a sneak peek ahead of the event, you can take their diagnostic survey which introduces the 7 core attributes of a Compassionate Culture which underpins their work.

This is a great opportunity to meet up in a global network to learn from each other and to be inspired with new ideas to take back into your workspace.

Our deep gratitude goes to our long-standing host and sponsor Nottingham Business School at Nottingham Trent University.
