Workplace Well-being: How to Thrive not Just Survive

9 February 2021 |3:00 pm - 4:00 pm GMT

Join Fearne Cotton & Prof. Sir Cary Cooper as they discuss well-being at work

New workplace dynamics, uncertainty, and pressure due to the pandemic have placed increasing challenges for us all; increasing stress and having an impact on our well-being & mental health.

In a recent study Oracle conducted in partnership with Workplace Intelligence, we found that the COVID-19 pandemic has negatively affected the mental health of 78% of the global workforce.

We will be joined by a leading well-being academic and the President of the CIPD, Professor Sir Cary Cooper. We are also pleased to welcome Fearne Cotton, one of the UK’s most popular broadcasters, author of several bestselling well-being books and founder of the Happy Place brand.

Our guests will discuss how mental health and well-being is the most pressing topic for nearly every organisation right now – and share their views on how these challenges can be resolved, so we can ensure we all thrive, not just survive within the workplace.
