DESCRIPTION:Special Guest: Alistair Aitchison: Co-Author of ‘Redefining the Wealth Generation Ecosystem’ Report \nPre-pandemic\, a focus on Wellbeing was a nice to have within most organisations\, however\, now it has become a strategic necessity. It has also become a significant factor upon which the Millennial generation are choosing where to apply their work\, with a view to contributing to protecting the planet and the greater good of society. \nTwo Engage for Success Thought and Action Groups (TAGs)\, Wellbeing and People Productivity\, recently collaborated to create a thought leadership paper entitled “Redefining the Wealth Generation Ecosystem”. The paper makes the business case behind and suggestions for how organisations can improve people productivity as a means to achieving their profitability targets\, protecting the planet and contributing towards the public purse. \nThree of the authors of the report: Fiona Anderson\, David Evans and Alistair Aitchison will share the conclusions and recommendation of their report. \nAlistair has supported organisations including: Jaguar Landrover\, the Atomic Weapons Establishment (AWE)\, Tetra Tech (Coffey) International Development\, The Centre for Disaster Protection\, Philips Healthcare\, NHS Primary Healthcare\, Molson Coors\, Extreme Networks\, Capita\, ADCO\, DeLaRue\, Dubai Properties and MAF Ventures in the identification\, development and application of required knowledge\, skills and behaviours associated with organisational transformation in employees at all levels (leadership\, management\, and individual contributors). \nHe is an experienced leadership and management coach dedicated to the engagement and contribution of employees. He co-authored “The Employee Engagement Mindset” (McGraw-Hill) in 2012 and was awarded the Oxfordshire Football Association Coach-of-the-Year Award in 2018 for his dedication to embedding the FA values while coaching within the grass-roots game. \nFiona shines a light on people and their behaviours to reveal potential improvement in people performance and productivity. A recent client identified that their culture is potentially costing them a staggering £1.4m per annum. Initially trained by PWC\, her senior roles in British Gas and Royal Mail equipped Fiona to lead and successfully deliver substantial change. \nShe brings a wealth of expertise\, to scope the business case and equip businesses to achieve a high performing\, highly productive culture. For example\, an Executive team achieved 49% improvement\, based on Patrick Lencioni’s definition of a Cohesive Team. \nDavid has over 30 years of sales\, technical consulting\, and management experience. SUMMARY:How To Survive an Emotionally Toxic Workplace
DESCRIPTION:Too often we find ourselves overwhelmed and frustrated … and not know where to turn or what to do. We find ourselves replaying an incident – or the whole day – on our way home from work. Then more replays when we get home – we’re stressed and exhausted. \nWe want to be able to get our work done\, have good relationships with our co-workers and be able to go home and relax. \nThis webinar will show you how to protect yourself from the painfully obvious toxicity\, how to identify the very subtle toxicity in its infancy and how to build resilience at work. \nYou’ll learn key tips\, tools and techniques to respond to almost any situation. \nIt’s about going from being overwhelmed and feeling helpless to empowered. \nWhy Should You Attend \nWorkplaces can be cauldrons of emotions … which can lead to the environment becoming toxic. Emotions are natural human responses to events. We’re encoded to tolerate a certain amount of emotional stress – after a point\, the emotional stress becomes toxic – lengthy exposure to elevated stress is very unhealthy. \nOn an individual level\, it can cause physical symptoms\, memory challenges\, inability to concentrate\, along with feelings of frustration and overwhelm. At the group or organizational level\, overly emotional workplaces have higher turnover\, more absenteeism\, challenging relationships and lower productivity. \nGenerally\, the emotional tone (culture) of any given organization flows from the top down. It can be difficult to make sustained changes at the organizational level using a bottom-up approach. At the team level\, however\, changes can be made and sustained by the team members. \nWhether the external change is possible or not\, individuals can protect themselves by understanding what’s happening\, building emotional resilience in the workplace\, and developing skills\, techniques and strategies that will make them\, and the workplace\, healthier. \nThis webinar will help:\n» Anyone who has ever felt frustrated by the irrationality and unproductivity of the emotions of other people.\n» Anyone who has ever felt exhausted having to deal with these emotions.\n» Anyone who has ever wanted to avoid a person or meeting because they knew it would be unproductive and they’d leave emotionally exhausted.\n» Anyone who has replayed a situation after the fact trying to figure out “what happened” or “what I could have done differently”.\n» Anyone who has ever reacted emotionally to a situation and after regretted their own response. \nObjectives of the Presentation \n» A 3-step process to de-escalate emotional situations\n» The art of Emotional Aikido – what is emotional resilience and how to protect yourself when confronted with strong emotions\n» The 7 irrational thinking patterns that set the stage for destructive emotions\n» A simple-to-use 5-step model for immediately letting go when things do terribly awry – you won’t have to carry those events around in your head\n» What drives emotional reactions – the triune brain explained\n» Why people react emotionally\, even when it doesn’t seem rational\, or in their best interests\n» 5 ways to boost your resilience at work \nAreas Covered in the Session \nAre you feeling Frustrated? Exhausted? – trying to deal with all the emotions that swirl around in your workplace. Feeling like you just don’t know what to do? \nSometimes it’s the same person you have to deal with day in and day out – you feel overwhelmed and just want to avoid them\, but you can’t – you have a job to do – things to get done.\nSometimes you’re blindsided – suddenly\, out of the blue someone is angry at you or accusing you – everything was going fine – then BOOM – they became unhinged – often you don’t even know why – you’re thinking “where did that come from”? \nYou dread going into some meetings/situations knowing emotions will be flying around. You hope it won’t happen this time\, but it does\, one person is using emotional blackmail\, another’s playing the martyr\, someone else is being a persecutor. You just want to “get away”. \nSomehow you survive the workday\, then on the way home\, you replay one or more of those situations over and over\, regretting you didn’t do something different while feeling hopeless that things will never change. Imagine if you didn’t have to feel this way – you have the confidence and skills to deal with those emotional situations\, to diffuse the situation and get everyone back on track … with grace and ease. \nYou will leave this webinar with a clear understanding of what drives these emotional outbursts and how to deal with toxic people constructively and productively. You will know how to build resilience at work and how to use the Art of Emotional Aikido – you’ll be able to protect yourself from even the harshest attacks. You will be able to leave “work at work” and enjoy your personal time without having to replay the events of the day. \nThink about it:\n» How much more work you’ll get done?\n» How much more energy you’ll have at the end of the day?\n» How much more you’ll enjoy your job and going to work? \nWho Will Benefit\n» HR Professionals\n» People Managers\n» Leaders\n» Directors\n» Managers\n» Supervisors\n» Business Owners\n» Business Consultants\n» Department Managers\nTo Register (or) for more details please click on this below link:\nhttps://bit.ly/3ddAALg\nEmail: support@concordeducations.com\nTel: +1-989-341-8773

SUMMARY:I-9 Audits: Strengthening Your Immigration Compliance Strategies in 2022 and Beyond
DESCRIPTION:In this webinar\, you will learn how to properly complete I9s\, conduct internal audits of their I9s\, the proper procedures for correcting errors & omissions\, retention rules\, and how to prepare should they be audited by ICE. It is a violation of Federal immigration law for any employer to knowingly hire employees who are not authorized to work in the United States. The Federal Form I-9: Employment Eligibility Verification\, is used by employers as a record of their basis for determining the eligibility of an employee to work in the U.S.\n\n\n\n\nWhy Should You Attend: \nAre you satisfied that your company complies with all federal immigration regulations\, or are you at risk of incurring hefty fines\, if not worse\, for suspected violations? \nIn 1986\, Congress approved the Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA) to combat illegal immigration. The IRCA was passed to legalize almost three million unauthorized immigrants while also attempting to discourage future undocumented immigration. All U.S. employers must complete a Form I-9 for each employee hired after November 6\, 1986 in order to comply with IRCA’s regulations. \nEmployers utilize Form I-9 as a record of their reason for assessing an employee’s eligibility to work in the United States. The form is kept by the employer and must be made available to various federal agencies upon request for examination. \nAreas Covered in the Webinar: \n\nChanges to Form I-9 that became effective May 1\, 2020\nWhat is Form I-9 and who must comply?\nVerification for remote workers\nExceptions for completing and retaining Forms I-9\nEmployer and employee responsibilities when completing Form I-9\nCommon Form I-9 errors\nProcedures for correcting errors & omissions\nForm I-9 retention rules\nForm I-9 Internal and External Audits\nLevels of violations\n\nWho Will Benefit: \n\nSenior Leadership\nHuman Resources Directors\, Managers & Representatives\nOperations Professionals\nCompliance Professionals\nRecruiting Professionals\nManagers & Supervisors\nEmployees

SUMMARY:Effective Onboarding: How to Welcome\, Engage\, and Retain New Employees with Your In-Person and Virtual On-boarding
DESCRIPTION:You only have one chance to make a good first impression. The Onboarding Process is that one chance. All new hires are highly motivated on their first day of employment. Whether you call it Onboarding\, Induction\, Enculturation\, or New Employee Orientation\, the process used to welcome and train your new employees while capturing their excitement of a new job and reducing their new job jitters is critical to their success. \nDealing with new employee jitters and uncertainties is a high priority in orientation programs. The process of orienting new employees to their new position\, their new work environment\, and their new colleagues takes time\, and if not done effectively\, the new hire leaves and goes elsewhere. Onboarding is a strategy and a process that extends well beyond the first day on the job. It is a critical process to get the new hire off and running in their new environment and become acclimated to their company\, position and colleagues. \nA comprehensive Onboarding process results in a higher level of engagement and the new employee reaches productivity much sooner. Poor onboarding results in higher turnover\, lower productivity and lower profitability. \n \n \nWhy Should You Attend \nA strong onboarding process is critical to YOUR success as an HR professional as well as the success of YOUR organization. SUMMARY:5 Reasons Teams Fail - How To Build a Strong and Resilient Team that Creates Impressive Results
DESCRIPTION:You know what it feels like to be on a great team. There’s trust\, collaboration\, caring\, and incredible energy. You want to look forward to going to work every day. On the other hand\, you also know what it feels like to be on a dysfunctional team. It’s exhausting. You feel like you’re swimming against an incoming tide all the time. \nOn some teams\, the failures are painfully obvious. On others\, they are nuanced and not easily identifiable. In either case\, you need to know the specific steps to transform a dysfunctional team into a high-functioning\, collaborative\, and supportive team. \nThat’s what this webinar will address. Learn how to manage a failing team and how to diagnose the 5 primary reasons teams fail. Learn the corrective actions for each of those reasons. Learn key elements of a successful team and the hierarchy – what has to come first to build a foundation. If a solid foundation is not in place\, nothing else you do will work. \n \n \nWhy Should You Attend \nLeading or being on a team that is not functioning at optimum levels can be frustrating and exhausting. Thinking about how to figure out where the problems originate can seem overwhelming – not to mention how to go about changing the situations. You have good people\, it’s just not clicking as it could. \nYou’ve tried a number of “solutions” that either hasn’t worked or maybe even made things worse. \nWhat to do now? Hire a consultant? But you’re not confident that will solve the problem.\nThe first step to any corrective action is understanding what’s happening. Where exactly is the dysfunction? \nThere is a 5-part hierarchy for constructing a high functioning team. Understanding the hierarchy will allow you to pinpoint exactly where the functionality bottleneck is on your team. With that knowledge\, you will be able to go straight to the problem\, fix it\, develop team cohesion strategies and move the team on to a higher functioning level. \nObjectives of the Presentation \nTeam performance is directly related to the functionality of the team. Most teams have some degree of dysfunction. It doesn’t have to be that way. There are specific markers or metrics for evaluating a team’s level of dysfunction and zeroing in on the specific area of focus to correct the dysfunction. \nOnce the area of dysfunction is diagnosed\, corrective action can be applied and the team will be more functional. \nAreas Covered in the Session \n» The 5 critical reasons why teams fail in the workplace\n» A scorecard to diagnose a team’s health\n» Why focusing on productivity\, quality or customer service can be a problem if one indispensable factor is missing\n» How to stop gossip at work\n» The difference between constructive and destructive conflict and how to transform conflict from destructive to productive\n» Get every one of the team on the same page\n» Team cohesion strategies and a proven model to build accountability\n» Understand the key elements of a successful team\n» Why is resilience important in business and developing resilience in the squad \nWho Will Benefit\n» You’re frustrated and exhausted with some of the dysfunction on your team\n» You lead\, manage or are on a team or workgroup\n» Want to be on a high-performing\, high functioning team\n» You want to have fun and feel fulfilled by working collaboratively with others on your team\n» You spend way too much time thinking about how to deal with gossip\, lack of accountability\, hidden agendas and destructive conflict.\n» You want specific practical tips\, tools\, techniques\, tactics and strategies to effectively deal with the most difficult people in your life\nTo Register (or) for more details please click on this below link:\nhttps://bit.ly/3eHvVCk\nEmail: support@concordeducations.com\nTel: +1-989-341-8773
