We have all heard of the convenience of the remote working. Remote workers are able to work anywhere and anytime they want, that means they are not bound by the rules of an office or the 9 to 5 work.
But, does this really mean that remote workers are happier than office employees?
TINYpulse, an employee engagement company conducted a survey to find this out.
509 US employees from the US were interviewed about their experiences in the workplace. Their responses were compared with the responses of 200,000 other employees across all types of working arrangements.
