Leading Change through Storytelling – Wynn Resorts
A very brief look at how Wynn Las Vegas – a famous luxury hotel resort, with the help of The Storytellers training guidance, used the art of storytelling to effectively engage their staff to achieve excellent customer service, employee satisfaction and empowerment. Wynn were able to develop leaders to ensure a culture of collaboration. This type of change is required in order for companies to differentiate themselves based on ‘how they do things’ and not just ‘what they do’.
