Managing for Sustainable Employee Engagement: Developing a Behavioural Framework – CIPD

The purpose of this paper, funded by the CIPD and led by Affinity Health at Work was to develop a framework of the competencies needed for managing for sustainable employee engagement. It brings together two existing frameworks of management behaviour to create a single combined framework of management competencies and behavioural indicators to support employers and managers in achieving sustainable employee engagement.

A guidance leaflet which briefly sets out the framework, the background to its development and how it can be used.
