With experience in Communications, L&D and HR, Chloë’s passionate about the link between highly engaged employees and better business results. Her expertise have helped London based housing provider RHP to be named as the most innovative organisation in their sector for four years in a row and top the 2016 Great Place to Work list.
RHP have worked hard to create a special culture where people are encouraged to be themselves, feel trusted and empowered, are given meaningful opportunities and strive to deliver excellent service. Their high levels of employee engagement (93% of people are satisfied working for them) have been recognised with several prestigious awards.
Over the past few years the housing sector has experienced unprecedented amounts of change and RHP faced their biggest challenge yet: maintaining high levels of engagement through a period of intense business transformation.
By using a methodological approach that spans ‘Bricks, Bytes and Behaviours’, they were able to succeed in this challenge, culminating in them gaining Investors in People Platinum, coming number 7 in the 2018 Great Place to Work list and keeping over 90% of their employees satisfied.
Join us as Chloë takes you through their journey, sharing a range of practical tips on how to engage in a fun, creative and purposeful way during times of change.
