Special Interest Groups, or SIGs, emerge as a result of the Engage for Success Guru Group interest in specific topics to further debate and form conclusions on a variety of aspects of employee engagement.
The Leadership and Engage SIG sought to:
- To define and articulate the approach and capabilities that are a feature of Engaging Leadership (EL)
- To illustrate the impact of EL on engagement, motivation and performance
- To provide guidance to leaders on how to develop and apply EL capabilities
They released the Engaging Leadership Hot Tips Collection previously and have followed up by launching an engaging leadership self assessment tool.
