We have been running events in the South East for two years and you’d be very welcome to join any of our events.
Workshops
We have held some great events to date that have included:
- An introduction to the 4 enablers of engagement
- Wellbeing and engagement
- Performance Management and Engagement
- How to use technology to support engagement
For 2018, we are going to continue to address some of the broader topics on engagement in these workshops and we already have a great speaker from the RAF who will be sharing with us his unique approach to ‘Mission Engagement’.
Engagement Mastermind Groups
New for 2018 we are going to set up smaller groups on a quarterly basis which will be in the format of ‘Engagement Mastermind’. The audience, like you, will have practical business expertise and be willing to participate in a trusting knowledge-exchange around all things engagement, covering everything from the four enablers, to specific areas of engagement that you might want to expand your learning on.
These will be a breakfast format and limited numbers to enable as much time as possible for discussion around the topics.
