Wales event: the heart and soul of engagement

The group, made up of fellow volunteers and encouraged by interest from professionals across all sectors, have been working out how we as a group can best deliver value to those who want to make our working lives in Wales better.

By better, we mean supporting the leaders of our organisations to be the best leaders they can be, listening to our employees like never before, demonstrating our organisational values and beliefs with integrity and respect and making sure we tell our stories in a way our people can really get behind. These are the four pillars which underpin the Engage for Success movement.

Mae’r grŵp, a wneir o gyd-wirfoddolwyr ac sydd wedi’i annog gan ddiddordeb pobl broffesiynol ledled y sector, wedi bod yn meddwl am sut y gallwn ni fel grŵp ddod â gwerth i’r rheini sy’n dymuno gwneud ein bywydau yn y gwaith yng Nghymru’n well.

Drwy ddweud ‘gwell’, rydym yn golygu cefnogi arweinwyr ein sefydliadau i fod yr arweinwyr gorau posibl, gwrando ar ein gweithwyr fwy nag erioed, arddangos ein gwerthoedd a’n credoau fel sefydliad gydag uniondeb a pharch a sicrhau ein bod yn adrodd ein hanesion mewn ffordd y gall pobl wir eu cefnogi.
