CIPD have launched the Valuing Your Talent Challenge, their exciting new initiative that asks the HR community to help us to demystify the world of human capital. Through the online challenge we’re asking HR, Finance and Business professionals to collaborate and share ideas about how organisations can better approach human capital measurement and management, which we believe could help them to improve their business performance by driving more strategic investment in workforce talent and skills.
Since Valuing your Talent launched in November last year we’ve been working closely with thought leaders and a variety of businesses to understand the topic further; but we’re all too aware of how important it is to engage a much wider set of stakeholders, real-practitioners, in the human capital debate. Therefore we’ve partnered with the Royal Society for the Arts to run an online competition to ask individuals from all walks of life to take up the challenge of creating a better way to appreciate the value of individuals to their employers.
As part of the HR and business community we’d love for you to join the online debate, share your thoughts and ideas, and generally have an engaging and stimulating time creating something potentially groundbreaking with others. The challenge is built around helping people to connect and share their ideas – and you’re free to participate in any way you like. You can share your own idea, rate other peoples, and comment on others to help develop their own thinking. If you’d prefer to watch from the sidelines and take in the debate, you can do that too.
The challenge through until the launch of the Valuing your Talent research on the 25th of June. As the challenge builds momentum we’ll be in contact to update you on how its going and to tell you what’s coming out from the discussion and debate.
