The role of the Core Team is to implement and deliver the strategy of the movement.
The Core Team comprises of individuals seconded from supporting organisations to join the EFS Leadership Development Programme, ranging in term from 6 months to 2 years and some volunteers.
Work in the wider movement is undertaken by our many volunteers.
All those involved take shared responsibility for implementing the strategy that will take the movement forward and deliver on our two mains aims: raising the profile of employee engagement and shining a light on good practice.
