Due to the rising cost of living, many businesses are struggling to balance their operations whilst supporting the wellbeing of their staff. However, there are several low or no-cost ways of being supportive, and ACAS is currently helping businesses stay afloat during the cost of living crisis through the ‘Managing in Difficult Times’ campaign.
Their guidance and toolkit includes information on the best options and advice on how to listen to and understand each individual’s concerns, mental health and wellbeing tips, flexible working and much more, including:
