This is the second in the series of events exploring the four enablers will focus on the role of strategic narrative in engaging employees. Keynote speaker, Peter Cheese, will share his wealth of knowledge as CEO of CIPD and significant experience in HR to delve into the subject and its importance in the current climate.
Hear David MacLeod OBE and Nita Clarke OBE (co-authors of the MacLeod Report and co-founders of Engage for Success) discuss what it means to have a strategic narrative and learn more about the four enablers to engagement from Amber Kelly (founder of Employees First Ltd).
