Join us to discuss the importance of meaningful employee voice with Simon Allen (Senior Advisor at ACAS). During the session, Simon will talk about ACAS and how employee voice runs through everything they do, from dispute resolution to training and development.
During the interactive session, Simon will give examples of where employees have not been consulted meaningfully and the impact on both the employee and the organisation. The session will provide practical take-aways on how a dialogue with staff is essential to navigating the world of work.
