Employee Engagement during a pandemic – join the conversation every other Thursday

Greater Birmingham Engage for Success on line conversation to Share + Learn + Inspire

16:00 – 17:00, starting Thursday 2nd April

Join us on line using Zoom – see details below

Employee Engagement has never been so important…

Please come prepared to share:

  • What you are doing in your business to engage staff?
  • What are others doing that you can share?
  • Nothing to share? Then please join to learn and be inspired.

Feedback from our first on line conversation on 17th March included:

Great to see everyone – as we all face these unknown, unknowns (great thought Fiona). This is a really useful mode of communication and support – sound and visual works well for me.

James King, Project Manager – People Operations & Services, Compass Group UK & Ireland is a regular participant at our events and has sent this for sharing. Many thanks James, he tells me that this was a member of staff that put this together.

Thought I’d start by sharing this – our colleagues in China put this together a couple of weeks ago for our colleagues in Milan. Makes me feel uplifted and energised every time I watch it and a great reminder that if we listen to the advice and stick to it we will get through this.
